Welcome to Banff By Bus (the "Site," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and mobile platform. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Banff By Bus is owned and operated in Canmore, Alberta. Our mission is to simplify regional transport by aggregating shuttle and transfer services across Banff National Park and the Bow Valley.

Nature of Service

Banff By Bus is an information and booking aggregator.

No Transportation Services: We do not own, operate, or manage any vehicles, buses, or shuttles. We are not a transportation provider.
No Payment Processing: We do not collect payments, credit card information, or booking fees from visitors. All financial transactions occur directly on the websites of our third-party transport providers (the "Providers").
Affiliate Relationship: We act as an affiliate. When you click a link to a Provider’s website and complete a booking, we may receive a commission from that Provider.

Affiliate & Commission Disclosure

In accordance with the Canadian Competition Bureau guidelines:

Affiliate Links: Some links on this Site are affiliate links. This means if you click on a link and complete a booking on a Provider’s website, we may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you.
Independence: Our goal is to provide helpful information, but the presence of a Provider on our Site does not constitute a legal endorsement of their safety, reliability, or quality.

Third-Party Websites and Contracts

When you click a link to book transportation, you are leaving Banff By Bus and entering a third-party website.

Direct Contract: Your contract for transportation is solely between you and the Provider.
Provider Terms: You are subject to the Provider’s own Terms and Conditions, refund policies, and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any disputes, cancellations, or service failures involving these third parties.

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to keep schedules, prices, and route information up to date, transportation data changes frequently.

"As-Is" Basis: All information is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information on the Site.
Verification: You are responsible for verifying all trip details (departure times, pickup locations, and prices) on the Provider’s website before booking.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Alberta:

Transportation Incidents: Banff By Bus is not liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss resulting from the use of transportation services found through our Site.
Service Failures: We are not responsible if a Provider fails to show up, cancels a route, or provides sub-standard service.
Site Availability: We do not guarantee that our Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Sustainability and Parks Canada Compliance

Banff By Bus supports Parks Canada’s sustainability objectives. We encourage the use of shared mobility to reduce private vehicle congestion in the Bow Valley. Users are reminded to follow all Parks Canada regulations, including the requirement for a valid Park Pass where applicable, which is separate from your shuttle booking.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including the Banff By Bus logo, design, and proprietary comparison tools, is the property of Banff By Bus and is protected by Canadian copyright laws. You may not scrape, "frame," or redistribute our data for commercial use without express written consent.

Privacy and Cookies
